Lina Corrales Brand Identity

Lina is your favorite artist’s new favorite artist! Her sound fuses together soft, delicate melodies with urgent power chords, and it was important that her visual identity captures this duality. I was inspired by vintage needlepoint, a traditionally feminine craft used for both mending and embellishment—just like a cathartic song. I explored “stitching” together soft and hard imagery to toe the line between conventional and subversive, small-town and urban. This, along with moody colors and textured type constructed a complete brand system that communicates Lina’s personality and lets her music to speak for itself.
